Ruz, 50, left Belgrad to get to Switzerland when she was 25, hoping she would get a better life. She owns a firm's canteen in Zurich, that she leads with a firm hand and which is undoubtedly a financial success. Ruz is staying in Switzerland for good, she doesn't think about going back to her home country, Serbia. This is different for Mila, 60, her longstanding employee. She's been living in Switzerland for ten years and works hard in order to make her dream come true: she wants to buy a house in Croatia. Both women's settled lives and daily routine at the canteen are upset when Ana, 22, arrives from Sarajevo. Beautiful, with a strong character, she enjoys life. However she drifts away, without no goals, she's trying to escape from her past : war in Bosnia left its mark on her and she tries to manage things in her own way, loudly and happily.
